Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 1 serrano or jalapeño
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Preparation

Blend or process all ingredients until you get a smooth, creamy texture. Serve along with your favorite fonio chips or on top of just about anything!
